Terms and Policies
PAYMENTS:
We only accept Paypal orders for International orders
No Exceptions. We are not responsible for customs fees and this should
be considered when placing an order with us. You need to check your
country's custom procedures prior to purchasing.
US Customers and
International customers: We will not process orders til we receive
payments. I accept credit cards, debit cards and or cash payment through
Paypal accounts.
WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING PAYPAL and Credit Card Payments via PayPal
*Credit
card payments: Paypal process our credit card payments and your
personal information is NOT seen by us. You do not have to have a Paypal
account to use a credit card.
NOTE: Payment is expected at the
time of your purchase. If we do not receive payment at the time your
order was place, a reminder email will be sent. If we still do not
receive payment the order will be canceled.
SHIPPING:
All
items will be shipped out 1-2 days of receiving your order. Except for
the busy holidays which can take 2-3 days to ship. We only use Paypal
shipping address. If you want your item shipped to another location,
please let us know. Shipping from Paypal is much faster and easier for
us to process orders.
I know that shipping cost can get crazy. I
am a buyer too and I don't like over inflated shipping cost. I have very
reasonable shipping rates and will always use flat rate shipping boxes
to cut down on cost. Please also know that I am on the East Coast and
shipping to the other side of the country (west coast) will cost a bit so using flat rate boxes will save on shipping for customers that live on the west coast of the US.
Each shipping price includes delivery
confirmation and any handling fees. If you do not agree with the
shipping, please do not purchase. I try to be as fair as possible with
shipping cost and we do combine shipping on ALL multiple items.
We ALWAYS refund if we use any flat rate envelopes or boxes if your items fit in these types of packaging.
*Please understand that if your delivery confirmation
states that your package was delivered, unfortunately we will NOT
replace your undelivered package. We really have no way of knowing if
you received it or not if the Delivery Confirmation says it was
delivered. If your package is really lost and has not been delivered, we
will replace it assuming that delivery confirmation states it wasn't delivered.
*WE COMBINE SHIPPING TO SAVE $$. SHIPPING WILL NOT EXCEED US $10.95 US ONLY. This applies to large orders.
*Unfortunately we will not replace theft of your parcels
INSURANCE: Insurance is always optional and can be added as a extra cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due
to the personal nature of the products sold at Pegasus Soaps, we are
unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order,
please email us with any product questions. If you are not completely
delighted with your order for any reason, please email us at
pegasussoaps@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve your
issues.
We will work with the customer to iron out any issues
that may arise. I put in a lot of work and time to make sure everything
is perfect before it leaves my hands.
LOST
PACKAGES: If DC (Deliver Confirmation) states that your packages was NOT
delivered after a very long period of time (such as weeks to a month)
after it was shipped, we will replace your order. I have had orders go
missing, customers tell me that their package never arrive and DC says
it did, I ship out another package and the customer receives the
original plus the new package and I have to take that lost so enough
time has to go by to assure that your package is missing.
We will issue a replacement package if your items are:
Broken or Loose tops and jars (If it was our mistake)
Leaking product
Wrong Order (As we sometimes make mistakes as we are human)
In some cases seriously lost items WILL be replaced.
We work on a case by case bases as each customer may have different problems that may need to be addressed.
Privacy Policy
Pegasus
Soaps respects and maintains the privacy our customers. We are
committed to providing a secure environment for all transactions and DO
NOT sell or share your personal information to outside parties.
Canceled/Changed orders
Online
ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to
an order once it is finalized. If you need to add additional items, you
will need to place another order. If you cancel your order before it's
packed, a full refund will be given. Canceled orders that have already
been boxed up for shipment will not be available for refund. Only BEFORE
the item is boxed and ready to ship
Disclaimer
Although
allergic reactions to natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you
discontinue use if irritation does develop and contact your physician.
Some of our products contain ingredients that derived from nuts such as
Shea butter. We try our best to list all active ingredients in our
products so you are aware of any ingredients you may be sensitive to.
If
you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, please carefully review the
ingredient label of your product or the information on this site before
using. The information presented in our shop is not meant to diagnose
or treat any medical condition or to replace the advice or care of a
qualified health professional.
